Nice to meet you, we are Muller & Associates, Tax Lawyers and Tax Consultants. Apart from assisting you with respect to legal hurdles we envision possibilities and opportunities. Next to solving a fiscal puzzle we are interested in the person behind the issue. We like to touch the core of the matter and pursue a pro-active and non-conformist approach to you fiscal situation.
This of course starts with fiscal legislation of which we have acquired a profound insight. Rulings of local judges and relevant rulings with respect to tax law from the Supreme Court in The Hague form a further basis. We have offices on Curacao and Bonaire. Two islands that used to be part of the Netherlands Antilles. Currently the Kingdom of the Netherlands exists of the Netherlands (in Europe) and further of the countries of Curacao, St. Maarten and Aruba and the so-called BES-islands of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. We are active in the Dutch Caribbean parts of the Kindom but of course with an emphasis on Curacao and Bonaire. The Caribbean is a very international environment. We are fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, German and of course the local language Papiamento.
